Oh hey, it’s me!

I’m Megan — a mama, nurse, photographer, coffee lover, and the heart behind Megan Anne Foertography.

I live just outside of Sudbury, Ontario, with my husband and our two beautiful little girls, who inspire me every single day. While nursing allows me to care for people in one way, photography allows me to care for them in another — by preserving the moments that pass far too quickly.

There’s something incredibly special about documenting motherhood. From the excitement of pregnancy, to those tiny newborn details, to watching your baby grow through each milestone, these seasons are fleeting. One day you're rocking your newborn to sleep, and before you know it, they're running around the studio telling you all about kindergarten.

What I love most about maternity, newborn, and family photography is the connection. Sessions never feel like work to me — they feel like catching up with friends. We chat about sleepless nights, favourite baby products, school drop-offs, snacks, milestones, and everything in between. Being a mom myself makes these conversations feel effortless, and it allows me to create a space where you can simply relax and be present.

One of the greatest joys of this job is watching families grow. Receiving an email from a returning client announcing another baby or another milestone never gets old. It’s such an honour to be invited back into these chapters of your lives and trusted to preserve the memories that matter most.
